Orders are typically processed within a few business days.
Once they’re on their way, we’ll send tracking information so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.
Can I return my order?
If something arrives damaged, defective, or we made a mistake, absolutely. We’ll make it right.
If you’ve already opened it and simply changed your mind, we generally can’t accept returns on consumable products.
That’s not us being difficult.
It’s us being hygienic.

Thanks for reserving your PLACEBO.
Reserve orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks.
We're constantly working to get products into your hands even faster, but we'd rather be honest than make promises we can't keep.
We'll keep you updated every step of the way, and as soon as your order ships, you'll receive tracking information.
One more thing...
Reserving sooner doesn't always mean getting it sooner.
Once a production batch is fully reserved, new orders move to the next batch—which can add extra time before your PLACEBO ships.
